Foursight Supply Co. will happily provide free shipping on all Canadian orders over $100. At this time we only ship to Canadian addresses.
Shipping times do vary and although we insure all shipments are processed within 2 business days Foursight Supply Co. cannot guarantee shipment arrival dates. Please contact Canada Post with your provided tracking number if you have any inqueries as to the delivery status of your package. Please note that shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed.

WHEN CAN YOU TRACK YOUR ORDER?
Our warehouse assigns Canada Post tracking, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally emailed to you along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the Canada Post's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to the shipping destination, Canada Post may not be able to provide any tracking information for your package for up to 48 hours.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the item(s) you purchased, the shipping method(s) selected during Checkout, and Canada Post legal business days.
FINDING YOUR ORDER STATUS
You can check your order status by referencing your email. You are required to enter an email address during Checkout, so that you may receive emails regarding the status of your order.
Check back to our website at www.foursightsupplyco.com for your Order History at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available.

All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to Canada Post. To contact the shipping company, simply click on the tracking number. You will then be redirected to their website where contact information is available.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Delivery of your order will depend on the shipping location and the shipping method selected during Checkout. Although we will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner, the delivery of your order may be delayed due to weather conditions or other events out of our control.
We cannot guarantee the timing of when a product will leave our warehouse and this information is provided for your convenience as an estimate only. Foursight can not be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Delivery time is the Foursight warehouse handling time, plus the shipping time.
Warehouse Handling Time refers to the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse. Foursight believes customer service is all encompassing and we work diligently to package, and have your order ready for shipment within 2 business days.
Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take your order to arrive via Canada Post once it has left our warehouse.
The shipping method selected during Checkout will determine the time it will take your order to arrive after it has left our warehouse.
Example: The item you ordered takes 1-2 full business days to leave our warehouse. During checkout, you select "Express Shipping." It will take approximately 2 to 5 full business days for the item to arrive.
Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, Canada Post hours/days of operation may vary from that of Foursight.
Emails About Your Order
Once your order is placed, Foursight will contact you via your provided email address at the check out. Examples of emails pertaining to your order:
Order Confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order. The email will include your order number. Please keep this email for your records. If you do not receive this order confirmation email, please email our Customer Service Department at email@example.com.
Shipment Confirmation. This email confirms that some or all of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple Shipment Confirmation emails if items are shipped separately. The arrival time of your items depends on the shipping method selected during Checkout and the shipping destination.
If an issue may arise with the status of your order, we will reach out with a Notice about Your Order email. This email provides important information about your order. Example: difficulty in processing your order; inability to ship to the address provided; existence of a duplicate order; and cancellation of an order. If you receive one of these emails, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 1-778-484-5254 so the problem can be addressed.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO ORDER PROCESSING DIFFICULTIES
Foursight goes at length to ensure all orders may be fulfilled, however circumstances may arise that simply are out of our control. As an example:
-Product(s) are unavailable
-Payment Processing difficulties
-Canada Post delivery constraints due to address
Please reference "Notice about your order" email if cancellation occurs. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If all or part of an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website if the product/s are available.

CUSTOMER REQUESTED CANCELLATIONS
After you have clicked "Place your Order," you cannot cancel or change your order, as our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. Once you receive your order, simply return any unwanted items by following our Return Instructions.
You may only cancel your order if you receive an e-mail notifying you that we are unable to process your payment information. If you receive an email advising that we are unable to process your payment information your order has automatically been cancelled and will not be fulfilled.
REFUSING DELIVERY, UNCLAIMED ORDERS, INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you refuse your order upon delivery, or no one was home during multiple delivery attempts, or your order is unclaimed at the shipping courier - your order will be returned to our warehouse and you may incur a restocking fee.
