1. GENERAL

  • This contest shall be conducted online by Foursight Supply Co. for customers to enter. A customer is referred to as “you" and “your”.
  • The contest runs from August 21st, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. – November 14th, 2023 at 9:00 p.m. PST. (“Contest Period”)
  How to enter:
  • If you finalize a sale of a product purchased at Foursight Supply Co. during the Contest Period, using any payment method, as well as post your purchase on your Instagram profile tagging @foursightsupplyco and using the hashtag #FoursightForLife, you will be automatically entered to win your purchase on the Draw Date. Proof of purchase must be available in the form of a receipt or on file in our system to claim your prize.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • The contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority (18) on or before the Draw Date except employees, representatives, and agents of Foursight Supply Co., and all people employed as contractors or sub-contractors by Foursight Supply Co., and their immediate family members living in the same household.
  • You agree to abide by the Rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws. By entering the contest you are giving the right to Foursight Supply Co to share your Instagram image and username in digital retail window spaces as well as @foursightsupplyco's Instagram page. It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes Foursight Supply Co. to announce and publish his/her name, location, and photograph, without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity. Foursight reserves the right to disqualify inappropriate photo submissions. Foursight reserves the right to choose which images are used in window features. You may enter the contest as many times as you wish, however, only one entry or photo may be made per purchase/transaction.

3. PRIZE WINNERS

There will only be one prize winner.

  • The Win Your Purchase Winner will have the retail price of their purchase up to $500 (excluding GST and PST) loaded onto a Foursight Gift Card to be used at their discretion. The prize winner will be contacted on November 15th after 12:00 pm PST through the @foursightsupplyco Instagram account ONLY. No other accounts are affiliated with Foursight Supply Co or this contest. This contest is not sponsored by or affiliated with Instagram or any other company. A gift card can be used in-store OR online, the winner will dictate preference. The odds of winning are dependent on how many submissions are made. 

4. DRAW PROCEDURES

A representative from Foursight Supply Co's office in Kelowna, British Columbia, will compile a list of Instagram submissions.

  • A representative from our corporate office will make a (1) random draw from the compiled list to obtain one (1) winner (“Eligible Winner”).
  • A representative from the corporate office will use his/her reasonable efforts to contact the Eligible Winner via Instagram after the Draw Date.  The Winner must respond within 48 hrs, otherwise, a second draw will take place and the original winner will forfeit their prize, and so on.

5. DECLARING THE PRIZE WINNERS

The Eligible Winner whose name has been selected on the Draw Date must:

  • i) Be over the age of majority (18) in BC
  • ii) Respond within 48 hrs to collect your prize!
  • iii) Be able to provide proof of purchase for their transaction

By accepting a Prize the winner agrees to Foursight Supply Co.'s use of their name, city, province, or territory of residence and/or photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation.

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS

By participating, You agree that: a) these Official Contest Rules and Foursight Supply Co.'s records of the draw or any other aspect of this contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Foursight Supply Co. and its trustees, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Foursight Supply Co. shall not be responsible for print or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials; for transactions that are posted late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction, or for mail that is not delivered due to any reason whatsoever. Foursight Supply Co. reserves the right to amend or vary the Official Contest Rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed by Foursight Supply Co. in its sole discretion necessary for business efficacy.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

Foursight Supply Co. will use the contact information provided in contest entries for the administration of this Contest and/or to ascertain your needs and market to You (your Instagram username/profile). We may communicate with You for any of these purposes via telephone, direct messaging, or other electronic means, at the information you have provided us, or by Internet, email, and other methods. By entering this Contest, You acknowledge and agree to give permission to Foursight Supply Co. to collect, use and disclose Your personal information. Foursight Supply Co. is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information You have provided herein. If You do not wish Your information retained or to be used for these purposes, please email Foursight Supply Co. at spence@likemind.ca."
