All orders placed before 12:00pm (PST) Monday-Friday will be shipped on the same-day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm (PST), Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

If your order has been shipped for delivery it cannot be changed. When you receive the order you can begin the exchange procedure by reaching us at info@foursightsupplyco.com. If your order has not been shipped then contact us immediately at info@foursightsupplyco.com and we should be able to accommodate your request

We double check all purchased orders to ensure that they meet our premium quality expectations. If by chance your order is damaged during transit please take pictures of the packaging and the contents inside your package. We suggest you first try and contact Canada Post with your tracking number. If you cannot find your tracking number please reach out to us and we can find your tracking number for you. Canada Post also suggests double checking second locations such as apartment mail rooms, front desks, or company mail rooms. After waiting 24 hours for a potential update or final delivery Canada post suggests reporting the problem to them directly. If you are not receiving assistance from Canada Post please reach out to our Foursight team.

Return policies last from 21 days of you receiving the product. If your purchase is more than 21 days past due unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Underwear products are final sale and cannot be returned due to health safeties.
